Orange Origins: Europe, 16th Century CE

Recognisable landmarks: rivers and roads and cities, on unfamiliar land masses. This body of work tracks the historical cultivation of oranges, beginning in South East and North East India in around 7,000 years ago and ending with Brazil being the world largest exporter of oranges today. Dried orange peels, acrylic paint.
