The Equal Hearts Project
The Equal Hearts Project is a large scale installation consisting of 1000's of handmade paper origami hearts. The project was created to raise awareness for marriage equality. Each heart has been signed by the general public to show their support for the cause and then hung on the washing line. The washing line represents domestic bliss and the rainbow colours of the hearts represent the gay pride banner.
