Cosmic Views
Humanity was always fascinated by stars. My recent body of work is inspired by birth and death of stars. The assumption that the world has began as star dust is conversing the idea of a unifying quality of our entire universe. When we look at these images of supernovas in space we feel an immediate connection and a sense of something familiar. I chose to weave these majestic views of the cosmos together with the underlying structures that are unifying our existence, such as: human cells, roots of plants and seeds. Bringing what is behind appearances into the visual realm is a reoccurring subject matter in my artistic journey.
