SOLSTICE (2010)
Precious Pendant: Thoughts on a String. Solstice explores the concept of our greatest star within the solar system, the sun, and the solstice event that occurs twice a year. This is represented by the differing sides of the pendent, which can be worn at various lengths referencing the seasonal movement of the Sun’s path. Hand made using both silver sheet and wire.
