Dreambox (still)
Dreambox is a non-linear filmic adaptation of a series of paintings by Lucy O'Doherty. The paintings are a representation of the surrealistic nature of the human dreamscape - people, locale and objects, always appearing randomly yet somehow serving a distinct purpose. The bluish-headed figure who features in the painting is a human reincarnation of a person dreaming – it can be you, me, your family, friends, anybody - his neutrality strikes an important chord that harmonizes this shared experience between humans.
