Is Anybody There?
For years I have attempted to make sense of my poignant experiences as a child. This is a work that explores the audacious nature many possess in formulating an understanding of paranormal realms. Is Anybody There? Questions a psychical and metaphysical presence of beings, challenging the nexus between experience and belief. The viewer urged to project their own convictions into the space, a series of portals captured at sites of past turmoil and personal significance. Focusing on light, shadow and imprints of the past, it is identified but not limited to an ethereal projection of occurrences that haunt us incessantly.
