'Dappled Light', 2010
This lamp is inspired by the Moreton Bay Fig Tree, particularly its large canopy and the intimate space it creates. The design is a conceptual representation of the fig tree, a paring back of its elements to reveal its true qualities. The small lights hidden beneath the leaves, imitate the journey of sunlight through the vast canopy.
